The person will manage documents management projects, with an important role as business analysis in contact with the business users. He will also lead the project – in a regulatory pharmaceutical context: manage the planning, do the coordination with all the needed stakeholders -in particular with the development, and manage the coming issues. He will also participate to the testing activities.
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities
Manage the project:
o Write the project charter in agreement with the business responsible,
o Manage the planning, dependencies and coming issues: be in contact with all the needed stakeholders (including the IT technical teams) to ensure good progress of the project. Conduct escalation when appropriate,
o Do the reporting of the project to the IT hierarchy.
Gather users requirement with the business users, and define solutions in relation with the development team: write functional specifications
Do the informal testing of the application, and write the tests script that will be formally executed
Write the qualification documentation needed by the regulatory environment, in coordination with the Risk & Compliance department
Experience, Knowledge & Soft Skill Requirements
Required Experience & Knowledge
Ability to express and write fluently in English; French is a plus.
Knowledge of a regulatory / pharmaceutical environment is a real added value.
Good skills in project management, with experience as IT project leader
Knowledge in IT Documents Management analysis with experience in this area.
Good team player and communication skills are important in this role.
Must be able to identify BI gap and provide solutions to complex BI problems and take a broader perspective to identify solution.
Leads client project teams comprising other business analysts and SME's as required in the US.
Selects and develops methods for delivery of client projects.
Coaches business analysts and oversees activities and output for assigned projects.
Coaches analysts in goal setting and assist in their performance evaluations.
Creates project specific resources planning and scope/requirements documentation and secures stakeholder sign off.
Review and provides feedback on robust, data driven evidence for recommendations on technology solutions with high level benefits cases.
Review and provides feedback on end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials).
Conducts business problem and need assessments and gap and/or benefit analysis to assist in aligning business initiatives with technology solutions.
Presents complex data analysis in an easily understood format so it is suitable across diverse groups with varying abilities.
Facilitates cross functional communication and initiate engagement of other stakeholders and SME's as needed.
This role will have a serious impact on the BI strategy and needs to be able to work independently with guidance only in most complex situations.

Education: Master in related discipline such as Computer Science, Analytics, technology, etc.
