Assignment type:
Travel might occur (less than 10% of time) to partners (in Bucharest, in other cities in Romania and/or abroad).
Project high level description:
The company is expanding its eCommerce solution, based on a leading technology in the market - SAP Hybris. In order to deliver an end to end process for the customers, a set of functionalities, customizations and interfaces have to be developed in relation with the major stakeholders (Customers, Logistics, Stores, other 3rd party providers). The main activities to be managed locally, consist in contracting and delivery agreed services from software development companies.
Project Manager tasks:
The colleague will be in charge, with the following activities, mentioned in timeline sequence:
● Review the functional requirements with the Business PM, in order to be able to match the technical requirements.
● Review the technical design for the interfaces and match with the business requirements.
● Assure the matching between technical design and business requirements. Organize and manage the meetings where not all things are aligned, and obtain the stakeholders assignment, involvement and final approval.
● Check if functional requirements can be implemented as configuration on existing platforms or it includes a dedicated development.
● Identify all the stakeholders and align with them the development needs, based on technical documentation, already approved internally.
● Provide support for the negotiations to be done by Indirect Acquisitions Department, assuring a timely, and comprehensive contracts signature.
● Manage the process of delivery, inclusive the process of acceptance of deliverable
● Budget follow up, as strong KPI for success
● Assure the delivery of all the deliverables, in the defined project KPI’s.
● Assure the needed diligence for solution acceptance, production deployment and soak period well pass through.
● During the entire project lifecycle:
○ Task management
○ Daily activities planning
○ Reporting in Steering Committee
○ Risk Management matrix develop and monitor
○ Change management support for the business, in order to assure smooth deployment of the new process.
○ Change request process management - if any.
○ Critical path monitoring and appropriate actions define
● Communication matrix definition and follow-up
● Monitor cost compared with a predefined budget and secure invoicing according with existing and new contracts with providers
● Document process or provide documentation from suppliers (where needed)
● Train or teach key users (if needed)
