The Temporary Staffing Product Manager we are searching for:

Identifies and validates our users needs through research and market data
Develops and validates sets of hypotheses on market & customer problems
Collaborate with stakeholders on the prioritization of product features
Oversees the specific product strategy and road-map development
Supports the roll-out of new products with support, marketing and development teams
Monitors results and follows up on the releases making sure that we are constantly improving our products
Maintains and improves the professional and technical knowledge

Proven past +5 years Experience in Temporary staffing industry
Past experience as Product Manager
Initiative & leadership
Data analysis & research skills
Customer-centric mindset
Good ability to understand business requirements and to perform implementation
A proactive working style that anticipates and resolves project roadblocks
Great communication skills, analytical thinking, motivated and willing to work in a team
Adaptable to changes (growth mindset)
Proficiency in English
