• Production Oversight:
• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the precast factory, ensuring efficient and timely production of precast concrete elements.
• Oversee the entire precast production process, from raw material preparation to the final curing and finishing stages.
• Monitor production schedules and work closely with the planning team to meet project deadlines.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that precast elements meet the required specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of precast products, addressing any deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and maintain quality documentation.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Foster a culture of safety and adherence to all relevant regulations within the precast factory.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for factory personnel.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement sustainable practices in precast production.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers, technicians, and support staff.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of factory personnel.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the precast factory.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of precast production equipment and machinery.
• Schedule routine inspections and coordinate repairs or upgrades as necessary.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
• Material Management:
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure an adequate and timely supply of raw materials for precast production.
• Implement inventory management practices to control material usage and minimize waste.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of production volumes, quality inspections, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in precast concrete production, with a focus on managing a precast factory.
