Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Supervise and support office staff.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, and contracts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients
Understand client needs and objectives, and provide strategic guidance and solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams on different projects and monitor projects.
Address client concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
