Job description:
- Support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV system in a global retail company

- Analytics and implementation of new system functionalities

- Integration of NAV with other systems

- Daily operations system support

- NAV users support
Requirements:
- Proven experience in implementation, support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ideally acquired in 3 projects or during 3 years in retail business)

- Knowledge of processes and system functionalities mainly in supply chain, warehousing and finance areas

- Knowledge of NAV database structures and data logics

- Knowledge of NAV programming is appreciated

- Experiences in integration of NAV with other systems (POS, external WMS, bank interfaces, eshop, etc.) are highly welcomed

- Point of sales processes knowledge is an advantage

- Experiences in support communication with NAV end users

- Very good English language skills (including ability to solve problems via phone)
