It reduces AI computing costs and ensures optimal model performance across all GPU infrastructures, removing vendor lock-in and scaling constraints.

Requirements
Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in backend development;
Strong expertise in Python (knowledge of Golang is a plus);
Proficiency with relational databases like PostgreSQL and message brokers such as RabbitMQ;
Experience with version control systems;
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies;
Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD);
Hands-on experience with Docker for creating and managing containerized applications;
Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React and NextJS;
Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+).
Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services;
Integrating with deployment platforms and various cloud providers;
Maintaining automated testing and deployment pipelines;
Participating in architectural discussions;
Collaborating with other teams.
Recruitment Process
1) HR interview (Alcor’s side).

2) Business-Oriented Intro (CEO) – 30 minutes:

An introductory meeting focused on the company’s vision, goals, and the candidate’s alignment with the business.

3) Technical Interview (Founding Full-Stack Software Engineer) – 1.5 hours:

A detailed discussion covering the candidate’s previous experience and problem-solving approaches. A coding task may be included, depending on the candidate’s experience
