• Act as a supporter of Human Resources Service for Compensation &
• Benefits, Travel, Time Management, Employment and Placement areas
• Consults customers by phone for all Human Resources products;
• Processes electronically and written requests;
• Maintains process information documentation and procedures in the knowledge management system;
• Tracks and processes issues and service quality complaints and escalates the issues as necessary following the escalation procedure;
• Answers employees, managers or candidates inquiries using the Knowledge tools and system available at the Contact Center;
• Supports in the development of Frequently Asked Questions based on the identification of updates or new requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of German;
• Experience in Administrative/HR Support is a plus;
• Pro-active attitude;
