CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

We are a USA Headquartered company that supplies office/paper products to retailers and consumers in the US and Canada both by online sales as well as through retail stores like Walmart.

We are looking to add to our Customer Service staff, currently working in Romania where we have an office. You can work from the comforts of your home office.

Work hours from 14:00 to 22:00 RO hour to coincide with USA working hours of 2pm to 10pm EST.

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet the customer’s needs
Data entry into various platforms

Qualifications:
Prior job stability is crucial, this is a long term job, not a few weeks/months. We want someone that will stay with us for years and advance with us.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience using the English language
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work

You will be paid a monthly net salary based upon your experience, working 40 hours a week for us.

This position will be a remote one working from your home. We can provide a laptop, IP Phone, etc to get you set up in a home office setting.

First interview will be via Zoom with USA HR Manager and then a second interview with Romanian Customer Service Manager via Zoom.
