C# & DB Developer – Product company (Onsite – CIM- Cluj-Napoca)
Responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting our products and solutions. You will have a lot of contact with employees of the company and manage cases, provide guidance and support on software regarding production issues within our area. Responsible for implementing solutions for improvement.
Responsible for developing, testing and maintaining software solutions within your working area
Implementing improvements of new and existing digital solutions
Standardise, automate and simplify new and existing digital solutions
Ensure the documentation is accurate and up-to-date throughout the whole process
Identify and evaluate innovative and alternative approaches
Provide customer-specific solutions
Support Lean management
Compliance with Iron Mountains SOPs
Proactive performance tuning regarding input to and develop improvements in the team’s quality and efficiency
Stay current and up to date within own technical domain and processes
Challenges:
Balancing long term goals with short-term targets
Balancing and managing conflicting priorities
Varied workload
Ensuring compliance with Iron Mountain’s SOPs
Working with continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment
Keeping focus on the agenda
Experience required:
A strong technical interest in IT, and active monitoring of the latest developments within the own field.
Willingness and interest in learning new things
Passionate about providing support virtual to customers
Troubleshooting
At least 2 years of hands-on software development experience
