Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospects using provided scripts or guidelines.
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Close sales and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly Targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the marketplace.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.


Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers over the phone. (Romanian, Hungarian and English)
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a focus on closing deals.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
