We are looking for production employees for VDL NedCar.
Activities
As a production employee, you work in a dynamic environment, where various parts are mounted on the cars. This can be fine work (for example mounting doors or dashboard) or tinkering with the engine or rear axle. The work takes place in a 2-shift system, the working hours are from 06:05 – 14:35 and 14:40 – 23:10.
Job requirements
For the production employee position it is important that:
• You master the Dutch, English or German language
• You are willing to work in 2 shifts
• You preferably have your own transport to Born, but not mandatory.
• You are driven and eager to learn
• You are a minimum of 1.65 meters and a maximum of 1.94 meters in length, due to the production line
• You are stress resistant and have a go-getter mentality
• You are motivated and have a sense of responsibility
• You are physically fit
What do we offer?
• Depending on your age, your gross salary is between € 11,53 - €13,55 gross per hour
• Shift allowance of 15% , made the final gross of 15.58 euro / hour
• Travel allowance of € 0,14 per kilometre driven, up to a maximum of 25 kilometres one way per day)
• Various training and development opportunities
• Accommodation in houses , accredited by SNF NETHERLANDS. 97 EURO / WEEK
• Health insurance 25 euro / week
• Free transport
About the company
VDL NedCar has been a household name in South Limburg for many years. Over the decades, the necessary cars rolled off the production line for various car brands. BMWs and Minis are currently being produced in Born, with the new brand Canoo being produced shortly.
