2. Main responsibilities 
• Regularly visit existing customers and develop new customer acquisition to secure the sales budget for German-speaking Switzerland. 
• Manage order backlogs and build trust with customers in German-speaking Switzerland 
• Organize and participate in trade shows and events 
• Forward market information to the Swiss Sales Manager. 
• Ensure that promotional materials are used appropriately at points of sale (merchandising). 
• Train staff likely to sell our products 
• Maintain regular contact with viticulture, arboriculture and landscaping schools and institutes.  
• Follow and respect our organization's quality, environment and health & safety policy, processes and procedures.

3. Specific skills or missions 
• Draw up offers based on the pricing conditions set for the national market by the International Sales Manager.
• Apply a policy of exceptional discounts and sampling within defined limits
