Job Description:
Sales Opportunities: Actively identifying new sales opportunities.
Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Offers and Negotiations: Preparing offers, negotiating terms, and closing orders with direct or indirect partners.
Contractual Goals: Participating in setting objectives and contractual conditions with partners in the allocated area.
Marketing Actions: Actively promoting and monitoring marketing initiatives.
Offer Feedback: Following up and providing feedback on offers prepared by the technical department.
Order Updates: Communicating with customer service regarding order status.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Annual action plans for each partner.
Monthly database updates.
Weekly planning and monthly regional insights (clients and projects).
Completing CRM-required information.
Preparing monthly/quarterly meeting reports.
Partnership Development: Responsible for developing partnerships with clients/partners in the assigned region.
Team Collaboration: Working and communicating effectively with the entire team.
Client Presentations: Supporting presentations to end customers, installers, partners, and panel builders in the assigned area.
Technical and Commercial Consulting: Providing advice to clients in the assigned area.
Joint Visits: Conducting joint visits with partner sales engineers to clients and projects in the assigned region.
Client Visits: Visiting clients and projects in the area to maintain relationships and expand opportunities.
Partner Relations: Maintaining and developing relationships with partner sales engineers in the allocated area.
Sales Objectives: Achieving sales and revenue targets in the designated region.
Product Updates: Informing partners in the area about new products added to the portfolio and changes in price lists.
Quarterly Analysis: Conducting quarterly reviews with partners to monitor goal progress and updating objectives when necessary.
Sales Manager Collaboration:
Timely responses and reporting updates regarding the assigned region.
