We are looking to recruit for one of our clients - a Customer driven IT Consultancy Company working at the forefront of Cloud technologies striving for continuous innovation and improvement in the quality of their services and own products, in relation with different major enterprises across the glob, SOFTWARE TECHNICAL LEAD / TECH LEAD Level of expertise: Middle/Senior Location: Iasi Skills, Experience and Knowledge: - 2+ years of working experience as a Software Engineer in Java or another language development; - experience leading technical projects (ideally in a structured methodology like; Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.); - a deep understanding of system design and able to apply that knowledge to design pragmatic solutions; - the ability to gain a deep understanding of the project and business goals, which can translate into a technical solution; - experience in mentoring and supporting peers and engineering teams, fostering best engineering practices; - actively investing in your technical skills and leadership abilities; - experience in identifying, debugging and resolving complex production issues. Are also appreciated: - Cloud experience (GCP, AWS or Azure); - experience with Docker, Kubernetes; - experience working in a consultative capacity and growing out a company presence within a customer; - experience working alongside Sales teams and collaborating on sales opportunities. Main duties / responsibilities: - helps design, develop and deploy high-quality solutions for a range of clients working in many different fields; - leads and help grow, cross-functional agile team(s), driving engineering best practice as well as mentoring team members to grow their skills and experience; - a hands on role - you are adept at finding solutions to complex problems in both code and design; - desires to learn and has the ability to master our clients advanced Google technologies; - proactively suggests and implements enhancements, along with driving and influencing the vision and key engineering decisions with the department; - works with an international engineering teams, and engages with customers to drive projects; - works with customers and across the business, in order to grow your team(s) into highly productive and valued contributors within a customers organisation.
