SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving Oslo Jobbdetaljer Jobbtype Full-time Permanent Full stillingsbeskrivelse We are currently recruiting for a Mover / Driver to join the business based in Oslo, Norway. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for: Administration Registration of actual working hours in the computer or at a European time sheet All requested documents with the work order need to be filled in and signed Report missing or damaged SIRVA's materials The registration of material consumption, both packing and office material. Completing work assignments and relevant documentation in full, and sign where necessary. Timely submission of leave requests via ADP ESS or the leave form. Daily Work Flexible working hours in accordance with the employment contract. Carry out work in accordance with the job assignment and apply the applicable operational process. Work commissioned by the planners, project leaders and contractors must be regarded as a verbal work instruction. Report any deviations during the actual job immediately to the planning department. Carry out minor maintenance on your own truck/van. Instructions that are given by project/move managers or surveyors should be verified with planning. QHSE SIRVA clothing and safety shoes are mandatory Inspection of your work area before starting to work In case of unsafe situations act accordingly or contact dispatch department for advice Confidentiality for information that has been given by the client or SIRVA's To be environmentally aware within the assigned tasks at hand Ensuring the quality systems within assigned tasks are responsible Other Requirements Personal hygiene should be in order Customer-friendly behaviour is mandatory Additional Information All employees are required to comply with and participate in maintaining SIRVA’s management systems related to Quality, Health & Safety and Environment within the responsibilities of his / her duties.
