We are seeking a strategic Customer Success Manager and operations expert to join our team. This position is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of external accounts and ensuring that both our partners and internal teams achieve optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a structured, analytical approach to account prioritization and be comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-variance, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize across a range of partner accounts, balancing competing needs with limited resources
Make tradeoffs between activations and upsells based on partner potential and business impact
Segment and tier accounts based on metrics such as annual contract value (ACV), referral potential, and customer-dependent effort (CDE)
Develop scalable systems and processes that improve partner throughput and operational efficiency
Balance consistency with high-leverage, strategic contributions to drive long-term partner value
Act as a strategic advisor to partners while maintaining executional rigor at a detailed level
Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, product, and operations teams to align partner engagement with company goals
