• being responsible for high-quality, high-speed services related to MSAN & ASM networks;
• administer, configure and maintain systems related to the Company's transmission networks;
• monitor, analyze and propose / make necessary changes to improve services as needed;
• being responsible for preventively detecting and resolving problems that occur and making quick decisions to resolve them;
• maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
• operate operationally with international partners.

And you have:

• a minimum of 3 years experience in a position with similar responsibilities;
• good practical knowledge of optical and MSAN & ASM technologies and services;
• experience with telecommunications network technologies;
• organization and ability to prioritize;
• ability to work in a team;
• higher education - Telecommunications, IT or any other specialty;
• English language skills at a good spoken and written level
• Ability to communicate in German will be considered an advantage;
• 24x7 shift capability
