Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems (Microsoft)
Configuration and maintenance of the network & VPN equipment and monitor the status.
Provide technical support to end-users
Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
Knowledge or experience in working with Micros Fidelio, Oracle Micros POS for Restaurants is an advantage!
Qualifications:

A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, and hardware components
