Description
Supports and coordinates transitions referring scope definition, shadowing and stabilization;
Ensures the quality of the work instructions;
Offers support/ trains other colleagues regarding Bosch accounting standards, continuous improvement, process specifics and IT system related topics;
Enhances the overall performance of the process by driving standardization and improvement topics;
Coordinates the Continuous Improvement Process within General Ledger function;
Supports month/ year end closing activities during stabilization phase;
Ensures good communication with local unit and other stakeholders;
Any other tasks required by the direct superior.
Qualifications
University degree – Finance/ Accounting;
At least 3 years working experience in Financial accounting, especially in General Ledger and Fixed Assets field;
Good understanding of IFRS and local GAAP;
Fluently spoken and written of English, another language is an advantage;
Proficient computer skills - SAP Module FI/ FA and MS Office;
Open to share to the associates process knowledge;
Strong communication skills;
Team player and ability to work in a flexible way.
