Needs to hire 2 Freelancers
We are fast growing US based company called Bleeker (bleeker.co). We are seeking an Associate Talent Partner to join our fast growing team and work as a part of our Technology Practice. This role requires a passion for advancing gender + racial equity across industries and levels and a desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment. This role is integral to the seamless operation of our business and offers the opportunity to grow as a talent partner in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Source candidates utilizing both internal and external networks
- Plan and execute outreach to prospects via e-mail and cold calls
- Schedule various meetings and events/calendar management
- Update candidate database with most recent & relevant information
- Conduct initial phone screens to select viable candidates
- Create candidate profiles with specific call outs for opportunities
- Create and update multiple decks for weekly client check-in
- Liaise with clients on specific engagements and talent presentations
- Support Senior Talent Partner and MD on overall project management
- Build client profiles with relevant competitive market details

Requirements
- Experience working with technology, engineering and product management
- Highly adept at relationship building and existing relationships in technology preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills + interpersonal skills
- Comfortable communicating with candidates via phone, zoom or email
- Highly organized and able to work both independently and as a team member
- Ability to learn and utilize our applicant tracking system/database
