Hello, we are the TextMagic team.

We are creating a new and modern B2B platform for customer interaction that consists of CRM, Helpdesk, and other automated marketing and sales tools.

What is TextMagic:
It is a telecom company with a 20-year history, the main product of an SMS messaging platform that is used worldwide (USA, UK, Canada, and Australia). This tool makes it easy to send notifications, alerts, reminders, confirmations, and marketing campaigns via SMS and includes web, desktop, mobile applications, and client APIs. At the moment, more than 50,000 active users use our service, each of them is a successful representative of small or medium-sized businesses.

Due to the company's intensive growth, it was decided to create a new platform that will exist in parallel with the current project and help expand our portfolio of SaaS products both to serve existing customers and further expand our client base.

Our team:
Currently, the company has its main development office in Omsk, Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg (partially). The team is actively expanding in the cities of presence, and we are also considering remote options and relocation.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a portfolio of IT vacancies.
- Close interaction with managers and candidates.
- Organization and maintenance of personnel workflow.
- Search and attraction of new candidates for open vacancies.
- Communication with recruiting agencies for the search for candidates.
- Working with internal and external databases, using other sources and search technologies.
- Publication and update current vacancies on various information resources: job sites, social networks, specialized resources, forums, chats, instant messengers, etc.
- First communication with candidates, initial assessment, provision of information for further work with the candidate.
- Organization of communications between the candidate and team members (screenings, interviews)
- Working with the company's reputation, building a positive image.

What we expect from you:
- Successful experience in IT recruiting for at least 2 years.
- You are not indifferent to the world of IT technologies and to the team in which you work.
- Experience in assessing candidates.
- Experience in using recruiting platforms (we use Recruitee).
- Ability to effectively use various tools for passive and active search for candidates.
- Communication skills, initiative, organization, responsibility.
- Ability to write selling vacancies.
