n this role we would like to see a resource who has knowledge in:

C4C expertise, and the ability to configure in C4C for both pre-sales and service activities.
SAP ECC specialized around the Sales/Pre-Sales/ Services processes and configuration.
Support to SAP process expert in the set up for new requirements from the business. (Country Specific Config.)
Integration to legacy systems
Maintain existing solution with supporting documentation.
Adherence to legal requirements from the markets, both inside and outside the EU, in order to apply changes for all SAP units.
Participate and gathering, documenting and implementing the solutions for deployment countries.
Maintain processes and documentation, as well as, update accordingly to legal requirements.
Travel and training to our business units is a key deliverable, and must be able to effectively communicate solutions to non-technical receivers.
