RECRUITER - IT/Technical

Recruiter is responsible for a full-cycle recruiting for a variety of IT and Tech positions across the company Ideal candidate Should possess strong stakeholder management skills Able to deal and solve technical requests Strong sourcing ability Excellent communication skills Fluent English both written and spoken Previous experience with MS Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook An ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline An ability to work under pressure, good stress management Negotiate employment agreements and salaries with potential recruits. This will require the incumbent to be aware of current recruitment laws, taxation regulations, HR practices and policies in Romania
