Ai bune abilitati de negociere si o placere in relationarea cu clientii, iti planifici eficient activitatea si iti organizezi munca independent. Ai orientare catre client si catre nevoile acestuia, iar scopul tau este sa gasesti cele mai bune solutii pentru a atinge rezultatele propuse. Esti interesat sa activezi si sa-ti dezvolti abilitatile de vanzare in domeniul medical.

Cunostinte si calificari necesare:
Studii superioare: Biologie sau Chimie (constituie avantaj);

Cunostinte de vanzare, comunicare si negociere business;

Cunostinte generale de medicina, fizica, chimie, biologie;

Cunostinte generale de marketing;

Operare PC – MS Office;

Limba engleza – nivel conversational;

Permis de conducere categoria B.

Experienta ta de munca:
Experienta pe un post similar (minim 1 an);

Experienta in domeniul medicinei de laborator (constituie avantaj);

Experienta in vanzarea de aparatura medicala (constituie avantaj).

Job-ul tau:
Reprezentarea companiei in zona alocata prin prezentarea, promovarea si vanzarea produselor din portofoliul alocat (reactivi, aparatura medicala);

Mentinerea legaturii directe cu clientii din zona alocata si optimizarea relatiilor cu acestia;

Identificarea potentialilor clienti si dezvoltarea portofoliului de clienti;

Urmarirea proiectelor nationale dezvoltate de firma cu finalizarea lor efectiva la clientii din zona;

Urmarirea fluxului comercial: comenzi, facturi, termene de plata, incasari;

Identificarea nevoilor si asteptarilor potentialilor clienti si ofertarea acestora;

Realizarea planului de vanzari stabilit;

Negocierea si semnarea contractelor;

Elaborarea rapoartelor periodice ;

Zona alocata: Timis, Caras Severin, Arad, Mehedinti, Hunedoara.

Your knowledge & qualifications:
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Package;

Knowledge of primary accounting;

Experience with PR and Marketing activities (are an advantage);

Advanced English language skills; other language skills (are an advantage);

Driving license – B category. (represent an advantage).

Your work experience:
2-3 years work experience;

Relevant experience on an assistant manager / secretarial / PR / customer relationship position or similar;

Experience with data analysis & reporting and with presentations for the management;

Experience with documents management (preferably);

Experience in a technical environment (preferably).

Your job:
Fulfill daily secretarial tasks;

Receive guests and inform the contact people in the company;

Ensure the protocol during meetings;

Maintain and update the business agenda for the general manager;

Deal with incoming email, faxes and mail, often correspond on behalf of the general manager;

Elaborate the business correspondence necessary for the daily activities;

Facilitate the official company correspondences with public authorities and third-party business partners;

Take, register and distribute the correspondence to the departments involved;

Translate the official documents and correspondence (English to Romanian or Romanian to English) when needed;

Elaborate and verify documents and reports required by the management;

Organize the company documents, including data management;

File and archive the correspondence and messages received from partners, clients and other employees;

Ensure administrative support for all the company’s departments;

Purchase the consumable office requisites and other materials necessary for the office;

Participate at organizing events withing the company;

Ensure the travel logistics for the company management (hotel reservations; transport);

Accompany the official delegates during business visits in Romania or abroad.
